If your vehicle has been towed, it can be retrieved at Conway Towing and Recovery, 2085 N. Highway 31, Petoskey, MI 49770 (231-347-2441). Before your vehicle is released, you will be required to pay $250 toward outstanding parking fines to the City of Petoskey in addition to all incurred towing fees.
If your vehicle has been immobilized through placement of the Barnacle®, please follow the instructions on the device for initial payment and how to remove. The device must then be returned to the Drop Box at City Hall 101 E Lake Street, Petoskey, MI 49770 within 24 hours of removal or additional fees will apply.
